Warranty Coverage

Valore provides a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for all products sold under the Valore brand (“Products”).

This warranty:

  • Applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Covers only products purchased from Valore or authorized retailers.
Warranty Period
  • Two (2) Years: Certain product categories.
  • Three (3) Years: Specific premium product categories.
  • The applicable warranty period begins from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) from an authorized retailer is required for any warranty claims.
What Is Covered
  • Manufacturing defects or issues with materials and workmanship.
  • Functional failures during normal use as per the product manual.
What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products without valid proof of purchase.
  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or improper storage.
  • Wear and tear, cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, dents), or consumable parts like cables and batteries that naturally degrade over time.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, parallel imports, or promotional/free items.
  • External factors such as natural disasters, power surges, or liquid exposure.
Warranty Claim Process

Online Purchases: Contact the customer service team of the platform where the product was purchased. Provide:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Product details, including serial number and defect description.
  • Contact information for follow-up.

Offline Purchases: Reach out to the original store or distributor.

Warranty Service Options

If a defect is verified within the warranty period, Valore may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product.
  • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit.
  • Refund the original purchase price (subject to applicable depreciation).

Note: Replacement parts or products are covered under the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Limitations of Liability
  • Valore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
  • Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
